They have our Justice System ignoring Laws of Property Ownership that have worked for centuries by making them believe that any major changes with in they system will erupt our Economy when nothing could be future from the truth. Hundreds of Millions of Dollars are being stolen daily simply because no one is following the money and watching what is being done with-in the secrecy of the Mortgage System. Attorneys, Major Banks, Mortgage Companies and Insiders are scrambling to make as much money as much possible at the expense of the American People. With in their own secret system it is, dog eat dog with everyone scrambling to grab what they can. With so many Banks and Mortgage Company Bankruptcies and Deeds of Trusts up in the air who really knows who owns what while our Government and Justice System ignore the Law and rely on the secret Mortgage System. This is not just a matter of a building that is sitting on a house lot, it is about sooner or later this is going to cost our Nation and its People dearly, and go down as another unseen, unfortunate and unavoidable mistake simply because Laws were not upheld. After filing Chapter 7, I was asked by one of my Mortgage Companies to list one of my 6 family properties for sale and I did. With 2 approved offers on the table, one at 124 thousand and another at 127.000.00 the Mortgage Company Auctioned the property with no minim price. The property sold for 25,000.00 to a large firm out of Florida that later sold it for 75,000.00. After auction expenses, who loss 127,000.00 and who gained 50,000.00? How much of this is going through out the country? They are filling their personal pockets at the expense of the American People and soon need more money we need to stop them.
